While many conventional accessory covers simply dull the fairing, thereby blocking the original central air vent and dangerously worsening heat distribution, this product was redesigned together with the factory. The modified air ducts of the gills are based on the original cooling system and ensure that unlike other covers, no heat accumulates under the fairing.
The component is made of durable ABS plastic using a precise injection molding process, which guarantees high heat resistance and material stability. As the fairings come fresh from production and are only finished on the visible exterior, production-related residues such as typical injection molding edges (gates) or minimal overspray are normal on the rough interior. The Classic and forged carbon-look variants are applied using a high-quality water transfer printing process. Since the coating is applied directly in the factory and not in a clinical cleanroom to ensure a fair price-performance ratio, isolated minimal dust inclusions in the paint may be present upon extremely close inspection. However, after the uncomplicated and non-destructive installation using the motorcycle's original screw points, these production-related features are completely covered and absolutely invisible when installed.
