Our genuine carbon components are manufactured from the world's leading Toray 3K prepreg carbon fabric from Japan. This is true dry carbon, where the fibers are precisely pre-impregnated with resin. This ensures an absolutely flawless, perfectly symmetrical weave pattern and completely eliminates visual imperfections.
Production takes place using the sophisticated autoclave process. Under extreme pressure and precisely controlled heat, the components are baked in special pressure chambers. This high-end process completely squeezes out excess resin. What remains is a highly compressed carbon fiber structure that is superior in every respect to conventional, wet-laminated carbon.
Due to the minimal resin content of the dry carbon process, the absolute minimum weight is achieved.
Despite its extremely low weight, this carbon has enormous torsional rigidity and impact resistance. In the event of falls, slides or stone chips, the components effectively absorb the impact energy, thus offering reliable protection for sensitive engine components and housings.
Autoclave-baked carbon is absolutely temperature-resistant. Even under continuously extreme heat development in the direct engine or exhaust area, the material does not warp. It remains dimensionally stable, does not discolor, and permanently retains its strength and its deep high-gloss finish.
