The production of this premium tank protector focuses on the highest quality standards, which is why only the world-leading Toray 3K prepreg carbon fabric from Japan is used, whose pre-impregnated fibers guarantee a flawless and absolutely symmetrical weave pattern.
Through the demanding autoclave process, the component is baked under extreme pressure and precisely controlled heat, which completely removes excess resin and creates an ultra-light, extremely torsion-resistant structure at Formula 1 level. The cover is precisely modeled 1:1 based on the original CFMOTO factory part, which guarantees a gap-free fit and completely non-destructive plug-and-play installation, leaving the original paint completely untouched.
A deeply effective premium UV-protective clear coat refines the sporty twill high-gloss design and permanently protects the noble material from yellowing and stone chips.
